Has anybody tried to contact them via their website?

I sent an inquiry a couple of weeks ago and got no response

I read somewhere today that due to workload it takes them around two weeks to respond

yes..even I am also waiting for their reply against my PLE, called them today and they told it'll take 10-15 days ..though they answered my questions on phone itself..
