Unhappy Contact details of adelaide -Need Assistant

Hi
It has been more than 9 month since i filed an application ,but yet no request for medicals....
Does any body know how i can contact them and talk to someone to check status. All of my attempts to e-mail ,fax them were futile.I phone the DIMA number but there is an answering machine saying they do not give progress information.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi JSK,

You should have received a file number and a processing officer's name when
you got your acknowledgement. Best to email that officer (use the format
[email protected]) and say you would like to know whether there has
been any mail to you since the last correspondence. If they don't reply,
you have to be patient, but if they do reply you're in luck. Please note
that as the case officers change periodically or, being human, go on leave,
this method is not foolproof. The best method is the Adelaide contact
number, which can be answered within 5 minutes most days.

Cheers

Hi George,

I received my acknowledgement letter stating file number. However, it
does not list any officer's name on it. It is signed by someone but it
is not possible to find out who signed it. Is there any way to find
out who is processing my file?

Regards.
