Default CO request for information

Hi all,

I was contacted by a CO a while back. He requested medicals, PCCs and forms 1221 and nothing else. Should I assume that I have passed all other requirements?
At what stage do COs usually look at the supporting documents?
None of the documents are shown as "met" but I've often heard that COs don't always update.
I'm expecting and answer like "it depends on the CO", but I'm asking, just in case
