Where can I find out the details about this visa...ie the advantages and the limitations of it...???

Got me confused now. So you've applied for the 137 visa - but don't know anything about it?

By the way I've edited my earlier post with a link to the relevant page. Realised I was just being lazy.

I know its a PR....and after 2 years I can apply for citizenship...oh and I have to live in S.A. but that's about it....
Anything else..?????

With STNI your only commitment is to live in the sponsoring state for 2 years. And complete the surveys the state government will want to send to you.
