Civil & Political Rights for Australians
Freedom Fighters are asked to assemble at the Magna Carta Monument at 2PM to
see this marvellous structure which was opened by the Australian Prime
Minister, the Rt. Hon. John Winston Howard, MP on 26th September 2001, and
hear a few short addresses. Then march on Parliament House (approximately
800 metres away) to enter and file past the original copy of this Great
Charter of Liberty.
Members of Parliament and Judges have been conducting a campaign to abolish
the Civil & Political Rights of Australians. Our most precious Right and
one single avenue we have to protect ourselves against injustice and
treachery is that of TRIAL BY JURY which, as Thomas Jefferson explained,
"is the only anchor which can hold a government to the principles of its
constitution" by exercising their ultimate authority to create Common Law
and defeat bad Acts of Parliament.
In 1988 the Federal Parliament passed a Bill to alter the Constitution and
eliminate Trial by Jury from Contempt of Court and Court Martials. An 80%
"NO" vote at a Referendum (the only way the Constitution can be altered)
denied them implementing their plan, at that stage. In 2001 the NSW State
Parliament passed the Courts Legislation Amendment (Civil Juries) Act No 124
which eliminated the Right to Trial By Jury in the District and Supreme
Courts. This Act was repealed in 2003 when they realized such a blatant
violation of our Rights exposed them to the penalty of "Imprisonment for
life". Meanwhile, Judges in all Australian Courts continue to deny this
Right and, by so doing, conceal serious and massive crimes of fraud
committed by the BANKS, ie: (i) by creating money out of thin air and (b)
issuing illegal contracts when, under Common Law, variable interest rates
render them void for uncertainty. With the Banks controlling the Parliaments
and the Courts, the People of Australia have been victimized by corruption,
stripped of their person and their nation's assets, and suffered under
countless pieces of unfair legislation.
The irony is that the appointments of Australian Judges are invalid. They
must be a appointed by the Queen through her representatives, the
Governor-General and Governors. However, those appointments are fraudulent
because Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second is the Head of State of the
United Kingdom and, as such, has no executive powers exercisable in
Australia. Therefore, she does not and can not appoint them. This
situation is confirmed by the Privy Council and the Foreign & Commonwealth
Office, London..
Members of Parliament and Judges continue to play their role to divide,
distress and dispossess the Australian People. This is not new but has been
the strategy of tryants throughout history - Magna Carta is evidence of how
tyranny has been overthrown in the past and is the blueprint for how it can
be overthrown today. Reclaim your many inherited and inalienable Rights to
Free Elections, Free Speech, Justice in our Courts, and the Pursuit of
Happiness. Ignorance is the enemy's greatest weapon. Apathy is our
greatest weakness.
WHAT'S AT THE MAGNA CARTA MONUMENT IN CANBERRA?
Bounded by Queen Victoria Terrace, Langton St., and King George Terrace, is
now Magna Carta Place, set in the open space of the Senate Rose Garden.
Around the copper canopy of the rotunda is carved, "Nullus liber homo
capiatur vel imprisonetur, aut disseisiatur, aut utlagetur, aut exuletur,
aut aliquo modo destruatur, nec super eum ibimus, nec super eum mittemus,
nisi per legale judicium parium suorum vel per legem terrae.", and inlaid
in brass into the floor rotunda are the words "Equality. Freedom. Trial by
Jury. Justice. Rule of Law." Around the walls and on the columns is the
history and meaning of Magna Carta - typical of the words are such passges
as: "Magna Carta is now seen as a traditional mandate for trial by jury,
justice for all, accountable government and no arbitrary imprisonment."; and
"It is from the people that the Commonwealth Constitution gets its ultimate
authority and to them that the parliament is responsible.". Come, absorb and
take its message away with you with photographs and video. Tell everyone you
have seen it - and don't let it be hidden and forgotten, to our peril.
Today (13th January, 2004), the Federal Police have said there will be no
access to either the Magna Carta Monument nor the forecourt of Parliament
House - but section 28 of the Crimes Act 1914 states that "Any person who,
by violence or by threats or intimidation of any kind, hinders or interfers
with the free exercise or performance, by any other person, of any
politicial right or duty, shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty;
Imprisonment for 3 years.". I have told them that the very purpose and
nature of the rally is the promotion of peace, order and good government by
drawing peoples' attention to the history and application of our rights as
depicted in the Magna Carta.

Or, as it is know in the US: you have the right to be judged by a jury made
up of people too stupid to get out of jury duty...
Doesn't the UK still have an outstanding warrant for T. Jefferson? Or did
they all get pardoned in 1783?
Anyway, for the right amount of cash I might be willing to partake in those
Bad Acts of Paliament. Are goats and cream cheese involved, perchance?
