Changing visa type whilst in Aus ?
Does anyone know if it's possible to go to Aus on a student visa and then, if an employer is willing to sponsor me, to change to an ENS visa ?

You would need to go onto a qualifying visa, eg a 457, on an interim basis before lodging an onshore ENS.
