Change of address
Hi all,
We have just built a house and will be moving into it in about 6 weeks time. Do we have to fill out any forms to inform ASPC the change of address or can I send an e-mail informing them? We don't know whether we have had a case officer allocated yet, to date we have only received our acknowledgement by e-mail which details our file number. Our application for Skilled Ind was lodged in April 2003, anyone lucky people who applied around this date had your request for meds yet? thanks TOB |
Hiya,
You have to fill out form 1022 (change of circumstance) and you can fax it, mail it, or scan and email it. I scanned mine and emailed it in, and she seemed happy with that. Good luck, W. |
Thanks for your help Wanderlust.
At what stage are you at? Originally posted by Wanderlust Hiya, You have to fill out form 1022 (change of circumstance) and you can fax it, mail it, or scan and email it. I scanned mine and emailed it in, and she seemed happy with that. Good luck, W. |
All forms, medicals, police clearances etc. have been sent in. Waiting for bond request and PR. Applied under Skilled Australian sponsored, December 2002. Moved house last week.
Chomping at the bit for a visa! Good luck! W. |
