chance of refusal - temp visa with past perm visa
hi im an aussie and my hubby applied fo a fiance visa a few yr back and got rejected.
we since got married and applied for canadian PR with no intention on staying perm. in australia at all.
since the wait is long i want him to visit australia and though he could apply under the family sponsored tourist visa.
do you think there is a big chance he will be refused this visa since he was refused the fiance visa before (it was refused due to stupid cultural reasons and them not believe our relationship). his employed in his own business and hasnt got much funds (from northern africa so its not much by aussie standards)???
