Certifying Employment Reference Confusion
Hi,
I have read that we need to certify the employment references with ACS. Will a notary officer be OK with this/ is it a normal thing to do? It seems odd as the document is not being compared to a original copy like you would do getting a photocopy of your ID certified?
Second question:
On a example reference document I saw that there was also a witness signature. I just wanted to double check that my HR/ Manger doesn't need a witness when signing
