Dear all,
This is Steven, I plan to apply for skill assessment of electrical engineering based on CDR. For one of my career episodes, I would like to demonstrate
my research work during graduate study whcih has been published in IEEE
UFFC jounral. Since that is just my research work when I was still a post-
graduate student, please advise me if I should get "reference letter" from
my advisor professor. Thanks.
Best Regards,
Steven
