Default CDR reports

I have written a CDR report. I am worried it might be rejected by Engineers Australia although I have almost 3 years of work experience. How strict are they on reports. How improtant is the references? DO they mean by references of my boss?

Do not worry. You will get a positive assessment if you have fulfilled the CDR requirements. By reference they mean the job reference. It is required to show that you have worked on that job. For this purpose, you may use a reference letter from your boss, the HR manager or your colleagues.
