Default Case Officer On Leave

I sent out my requestde police checks and Medicals two weeks ago, and
sent an e-mail direct to my case officer to confirm of she received
it. Got back an auto reply saying she is on vacation for a month and
someone else will reply if necessary. Called up ASPC and they said
normally another case officer will take over the cases while one is on
vacation? Is this true?

I think there is another thread about this somewhere - fairly recent. The general consensus seemed to be that the workload would be handed on to another case officer but that phoning to check might remind them!

Lets hope that it is true. I have observed that before medicals you will be assigned one case officer and thereafter you will be assigned another case officer it seems. All of my friends have different case officers at the time of grant letters quite differs from med/pcc request scenario. I have no idea what is really happening there...

Have a good one
