Can you check if your medicals have cleared?

Can you check if your medicals have cleared?
We had our medicals done back in July we front loaded them along with our PCC and 3 weeks ago we got our full ack for our visa, we were told we many not get to hear when we get a CO as they will have all our paperwork etc and will only contact us if there's something wrong and they need more info, so hopefully we will go straight to the visa, I was wondering can you find out if your medicals have cleared as we havent heard anything back.

Our meds were recieved a few days after we posted them with DHL but its been a few months now and I would have though they have been looked at and cleared by now, just wondering if they will tell you they have cleared.
