Default Can I travel ? Bridging 457 Visa

Hey guys, I just booked a flight to germany and I forgot to check whether I am allowed to travel at all....Im currently on the 457 bridging Visa....please tell me I can because I just spent a few thousand dollars :-(

Hallo RdK,

Was meinen Sie, "457 bridging visa"?

No the days of Australia being a prison colony have gone, you're allowed to travel but if holding a Bridging Visa A then you need to apply for a Bridging Visa B prior to travel; and if holding a 457 then of course you can travel.

I applied for the 457 but no decission made yet but obviously I got granted a bridging visa for the time being, I will look into this tomorrow....thanks George !!
