Can I sponnsor my brother for 475?

Hi I am living in Adelaide , South Australia for one year as permanent resident , can I sponsor my brother for 475 Visa. I will have stay at least two years as permanent resident , is this true. Expert advice will be appriciated.

You miss-read the forum title. It is British expats, not experts :-)

After having a quick look it looks like you can as long as he meets all the requirements.

Sorry for that.

He done his skill assessment. Ielts R 7.5 W 7.5 L7 S 6.5. His point is 55 ..now need 10 for sponsorship form me.
