can i change my visa

I have applied for a137 STNI visa to WA

My current UK employer has told me there could be a possibility
of a job with one of our group companies in Australia

This could be one of a number of places in Australia

I have a CO allocated and am having my Meds in acouple of weeks

Is there any possibility of getting the visa type changed to a 136 to allow
me to work anywhere in Aus
I am pretty sure i have enough points for a 136

Hi Mike,

Yes you can, the Sc 136 & 137 are both of the same class (Class BN) discuss this with your case officer

Just out of interest, why did you not apply for a 136 in the first place if you have enough points?
