there is no stipulation for that.. however some states might reject u for having too many points but no harm in doing it

i applied for ss with victoria , i had already applied for a 175 with 125 points, got accepted ok.

I wud like to ask u that have signed any agreement or contract with Victorian Govenrment after approval? Do they directly send approval to DIAC or firstly they seek acceptance from applicant?
Did u get any ackowledgement when u send ur application to them?
Actually I have also applied for SS with 130 points from vic no confirmation or acknowledge from them. I have sent my application via email. Is this normal?
