Can I apply for offshore 175 visa while onshore on a student visa?
Hello.
Does anybody know whether I can apply for 175 visa while studying in australia on a student visa?
I already have my skills assessment and more than 65 points but I have a student visa now.
Any help would be great!!

I mean can I waive student visa condition 8534 to apply for 175 visa not for 497 (graduate skilled)?

You can apply for the visa, and when it is granted, if your student visa hasn't already run out then you pop over to another country for a week (many go for nz) and pick it up. If your student visa runs out before it is granted then you would have to leave the country to wait, or maybe get another student visa, or graduate visa.
You would not get a bridging visa for an off shore visa.
