Can I apply being already 45 years old?

Dear Experts,
Can I apply for 136 class being already 45 years old?
Is basic requirement saying before 45 or 45 included?
Thanks.

Hi,
The requirement for a 136 visa is 'Under 45', which means you cannot turn 45 on the day you make your application.

Cheers,
Mike
