We are using www.conceptaustalia.co.uk and are very happy with them so far. Not sure where you are but the office we are using is in Kent but they do have other offices.

Whoever people use for advice please make sure the person or firm instructed is having a fairly regular dialogue with TRA or VETASSESS (if you are a trade skills applicant) and the Skilled Processing Centre.

This is an area where interpretations seem to more uncertain than might be desirable - that which might not have "got you over the line" a month or two ago might in fact now do so, and vice versa.
