can any one help advise needed on dependant visa college visa and investment visa

Hi my Parents are planning on going to Australia on a investment visa can they get a bridging visa untill this comes through and i am disabled due to a stroke would i be able to go with them as a dependant due to being 30 years old.
They have been told it is a 10 year waiting list for the visa they want, but if they apply from Australia can they get a bridging visa untill how ever long it takes to get there proper visa is this possible.

I also have a friend that would like to go to college in Australia what is the cheapest course for a man in Australia and how muh can it cost we have been told its about £8000 for the 2 year courses and 10.000 to show you can support your self. if any one can at least answer any of these questions that be a bit help.

Many thanks

I can help with the study visa (I'm here on one). They can only be granted if the course that someone has been accepted onto is registered by CRICOS and has a CRICOS code. Their website - http://cricos.dest.gov.au/ - has a database of all the eligible courses in Oz so your friend can search by the area he wants to live/study in and by the subject he is interested in studying. Costs are quoted for each course - mine is £4k just for 6 months!!! Many are cheaper though.

Also, info on the study visa itself can be found here: http://www.immi.gov.au/students/index.htm. Good luck

Fay

I see you are back with variations on a theme.......referring to your previous posts, I'm guessing that if you are now disabled, then you are no longer hoping to migrate as a hairdresser?

and I see your partner is now training as a mental health nurse rather than working as an electrician

And the "daughter and 2 children living in NZ" that your parents had at one time are now living in Aus? Or are they in the UK?

Its very difficult to help someone with such an unclear convuluted story, especially when you just pop in now and then with variations on a theme.
How about you come clean with us and tell us who is in the family, what qualifications you have, and which of the many countries you have mentioned is the one to which you REALLY want to move to.
