Hi again all, mine is vikk, I'm a 136 pre Julyer whose very sadly not on MODL. I applied in May 04 & received 'acknowledgement of visa application letter' but nothing else at all, no case officer, no anything! This seems like a good opportunity to introduce myself. I have been monitoring this forum since the beginning of the year when I started with the immigration process.

My timeline is:

23 April - Applied 136 (non-MODL)
25 May - Acknowledgement

... and thats it !!

I have booked my medical (unrequested) for 1 December. I am hoping to be over in Sydney early next year.

Me "MyVkee", May'2004. Skilled independent 136, received only Acknowledgement. nothing so far. Non-MODL. My agent told me- things will be cleared up this month and following month.

Yeah...harbor cruis sounds good...but expecting DIMA to clear Pre-July apps in a month is not realistic. I applied in Feb 04 and am still waiting.

Currently waiting/praying for grant letter.
( more than 88 weeks now)

Call me Hannah. Been sitting since applying last March,2004-non MODL. Holding on to the only doc from DIMIA-acknowledgment letter. "Nada" since then. Done with meds and PCC unrequested lst of July and hoping and praying and wishing not to reach July 2005 - OMG!
