Whole legislation thing is so confusing. I read over and over legislation PDF document. Does this means the existing applicants who already applied months go for PR (onshore) will go under this TRA reassessment knife?
Thanks

Hello Everyones,
Today i have received my PLE reply, i don't know how long routine checks will last?????? It has been under checks since last 10 months......Will they complete routine checks after expiring of my medicals???
At present your application is undergoing routine processing. Unfortunately, ensuring all the legal requirements are met in relation to an application can take some time. Unfortunately, undertaking routine checks can take time to complete, in some cases several months , (it is already been more than 24 months ) I understand your concerns and can assure you that our staff will do all they can to ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible.
The processing area (Where is my Case Officer?) is following up on the status of your application on a regular basis to ensure it is being processed as soon as practicable. You will be contacted if we require additional information to process your application.

What extention did you get? Did you ask for it or was it given without a request?
