Default birth certificate - shorten or full version?

Hello,

I am preparing documents for skilled immigration visa. I need my proof of age and I
can get birth certificate shorten and full version. Which one is preferable by DIMA?
Embassy in my country can't help me. They are not sure too.

thanks for assistance Artur

I would have thought that a copy of the passport details page stating your birthdate would suffice.

I may be wrong though...

I'd go for the full version. My U.K. birth certificate shows my parents details and
place of birth, whereas the short one doesn't. I don't know if this is the case for
Poland but it's probably the only way you can prove your parentage. It seems to be a
good rule of thumb to submit as much detail as possible to DIMA when applying. They
can easily ignore information that isn't relevant but it will hold your application
up or get it rejected if you don't supply enough.

Send the full version. I was asked for full certificates by Adelaide having
originally sent the shorter versions.
