Best suburbs in Brisbane
Can anybody advise me as to the best suburbs in Brisbane. We are
looking at buying a house up to 500,000 australian dollars. Our requirements would be close to good schools, public transport shops etc. Basically a good area to raise a family. Thanks in advance for any info. |

Thanks in advance for any info. We are walking distance from the rail and only 5-10 minutes to major shopping centres. You will be able to get a decent house (4bed on a 700sq block) for around $400k-$450k. |

The question is impossible to answer really without knowing more about the person's preferences. Many Brisbane suburbs fit the requirements he/she stated. Distance from the city might be a concern... the 45 minute commute from the Bayside seems long to me (But I live in Paddington so it would). Also does he/she want to live in a Kath&Kim suburb or do they prefer a more traditional area? Everyone is Brisbane is biased toward their own area so I advise the original poster to set aside the time to have a look for themselves. |
