Default Bali...

Wish I had the gift to eloquently express everything that _could_ be expressed about this terrible event in Bali. What has happened there has to be close to all of us on this forum for so many many reasons. I'm sure, too, that repercussions will be felt by all migrating to Oz/NZ sooner or later, maybe even very soon, and there will probably be plenty of discussion about it here in time...

But before it becomes all that it may well become - another defining moment perhaps in the new world order - just wanted to somehow express sorrow and condolences for those lost and injured, for those left behind, and for the place - Bali - that I'm sure I'm not alone in loving, faults and all, more than anywhere else on earth.

Does anyone have anything to say, or thoughts, about what has happened?

Australia has always prided its self on being a 'Safe' country, but with the events in Bali and the world in the last 12 months, it certainly brings home that it may no longer be the case.

My deepest thoughts and condolences to all that have lost loved ones.

One of the great attractions of Australia is that we have been "removed"
from many of the world trouble spots but this is not so now obviously.
