Hi All

Please can anybody tell us which airlines give you double baggage allowance for a one way ticket to Oz.

Thanks for replies in advance.

Hi

We came on a PR visa and Malaysian Airlines gave us double baggage allowance (40kgs). Singapore airlines also do the same. We just had to show our PR visa when we booked our flights as proof that we were emigrating.

Hope this helps

We arrived in October, flew in with Malaysian, its about the 6th time we have flown with them, and they were great, once again.
We had actually booked a return ticket as this was meant to be a months holiday but the Visa arrived so we decided to stay! We held our breath at the airport as because we had a return they would not allow us double baggage, nevertheless 68 kg later and we were on, no extra to pay either.
They are an excellent company!
