'Formal Apprenticeship'
Hi, i am trying to get started on the tra application. I am an auto electrician and have about seven and a half years experience including my apprenticeship which was 4 years. i have read that the tra favour 'formal' apprenticeships and would like to know what exactly this means. As i said mine was 4 years and i signed a contract at the start (which i still have). Does this make it formal? Thanks in advance for any help
