Australian Working Holiday Medical

I have applied for my Australian Working Holiday Visa - and have received a response saying I need to get a medical.
I am not able to reach the 28 day deadline for this and want to know how (if possible) to get an extension - or do I need to re-apply for the visa?

cYpu need to bo back to your case officer and tell them why you can't do it in the time allowed. If you can at least show that you have booked a medical they are usually willing to wait.
