Australian PR for intra company transfer options
Hello
My brother is getting a chance to work in Australia through his company, he is 47, are there any VISA category that he can opt to get a PR? sub class 186 got a direct steam but with an age restriction (under 45), but there are few exemptions if the person is in certain category. He is working for an IT company, does that classify as a technical(scientific) class?

Investor visas are the obvious ones.

If he will be on an income above the Fair Work High Income Threshold and if he has an outstanding international reputation and works in a specified field there is a 'Talent' visa that is not age restricted.
Otherwise - potentially there is a pathway via the Transitional Stream of the employer nominated visas - again if earning above the Fair Work High Income Threshold for the specified amount of time.
