Folks,
I would like to get some feedback, My wife and I are Australian Permanent Residence, both of us are now living in Australia, however, my wife got a singapore citizenship, then she would get singapore passport, is it possible she would like to transfer her Permanent residence visa from her previous country passport to Singapore passport? do you have experience such case after you got Australian residence one of your family member change citizenship with different passport.

Unless the other passport is expiring, there is no need to change anything.

How did your wife gain her Singaporean citizenship? Singaporean citizenship law requires you to renounce your previous citizenship if you naturalise as an Singaporean citizen.
If your wife had to renounce her previous citizenship in order to become Singaporean then her previous passport would now be invalid and you should submit Form 929 to inform DIBP about the change.
If she did not have renounce her previous citizenship and that citizenship's passport is still valid then you don't need to do anything.
