Hellow every one. Its been quite long time since i follow this forum but become a member just right now. I have learned a lot from this site and now i want advice on my current issue. I am married to nz citizen and hve one child. My husband is living in australia so I got 461 visa to come to australia. My husband has no plan to go back to nz. I am an eritrean citizen and my husband was assylum seeker from eritrea. Please advise what options i ve to get PR eithere in australia or newzeland.thanks

Probably best to ask on the New Zealand forum for NZ visas, but perhaps there is a partner visa you would qualify for. There could be residency requirements though, I have no idea, only know about Australian visas.

For Australian visas, you would need to look into work related visas like skilled migration or employer sponsored. Do either of you work in an occupation in demand? Check the skilled occupation list to find out if you don't already know, you will find it on Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection

With regard to Australian visas, NZ visa holders have similar options to other international visa holders, there are some minor concessions given to NZ visa holders within the employer sponsored visas.
