Australia - Digital Forensic Analyst

Dear all in Forum

have recently found these forums so great apologies if this is in the wrong section. Please advise if there are any better suited sections.

My question is in two parts:
1) I have worked in digital Forensics now for 2 years as a Technician and as an analyst. Wanted to know if anyone is aware of any openings in australia or anyone who has immigrated with this job?
2) I know that it is not a skill that is on the wanted list for australia but I am obviously to work doing anything. What does anyone think is the 'quickest' skill to get on the list so I can migrate?

Any help on the above is most appreciated

thanks all!!

I think it'd be better if I moved this to the general Australia Visa forum.

Most Aussie poice services will only give this kind of job to those who have worked their way up through the ranks as a serving officers, and its not going to get you a visa.
You'll need a skill on either the SOL or CSOL and have to meet whatever requirements are set for getting that skill assessed - and be warned, the lists will be revised on July 1st.
Also, while trades such as electrician are usually in demand, you would also need to look at the requirements for getting licensed in whichever State you moved to.
