August 2018 Invitation Round
Hi,
I am looking at the latest Invitation round for 189.

It only shows a few skills. I just want to clarify does it mean only candidates with 70 or more points within the above mentioned skills are invited to apply for 189
OR
anyone with 70 or more points within the SOL list are invited to apply for 189?
If it is the former, what happens to the candidates who have 70 or more points and are in the SOL list but not in the above mentioned list. For example someone with 70 points applying as a social worker.

The required points was raised to 65 earlier this year, but more recently invitations have been exhausted before they get to those.
