all docs met on 2-Dec-09 except PCC and med. Med finalized on 8th-Jan-10. Health undertaking form submitted 3 weeks with all met. No update. No nothing. The indecision is creating huge pressure on me. Pressure is becoming stress. Patience is the key but I can't handle it. How much time I have to wait. By the way I am on CSL HR country.

probably referred means the medical is sent from HOC to MOC to further look at and to approve by the panel of doctors in Australia. Nothing to worry about

Question Re: August 2009 Applicant

Dear Members,
I am a Offshore GSM 175 july 2009 applicant
CSL (.Net)- yes
IELTS 7.5
ACS done and submitted.
I lodged my application on 27 July 09 with all documents attached. Only HCC and Ielts results were send later.
As of today I have not heard any thing from Depratment of Immigration. The online status of my application is yet the same as it was when I applied (Documents required)
I have not been assigned any CO although I see people who applied quite after me have got the CO assigned and some lucky ppl have got the PR also.

Can someone explain me the resons of delay? I applied Offshore GSM 175 although I am in Australia on 457 visa.

Any views on this are much appreciated.
