I have lodged online and online status shows "Personal perticulars for character assessment outstanding"

Below of other medical related info, again shows
"Complete Personal perticulars for character assessment" its a online Form similier to Form 80. My question if i filled it up, will still i need to fill FOrm 80?

Another problem i faced when i fell it online....There were some filed which i must need to fill otherwise i cant go next step. But all the answeres are UNKNOWN to me and simply can not leave it blank. Like Under Visit to Australia:
Purpose to visit in Australia: No Migration option in Drop down box
Give details:
Proposed arrival date: (Must need to fill)
Proposed deperture date:
Proposed incoimg flihgt/vassel:
Intendent duration of stay: (Must need to fill)

Another Filed....Itineray within Australia

Place visiting: (Must need to fill)
Proposed arrival date: (Must need to fill)

Purpose of visit: (Must need to fill)

I may fill place of visit and purpose of visit but how could i fill arival and departure date? will the date appx? if so wont be confilict in future?

There has been long discussion on this question on other threads..the outcome is, you can upload scanned copies of originals, if they r color...for black n white docs, it has to be certified before uploading..cheers

Thinking about going for NSW SS...Initially I was against it coz of 2-yrs lockin etc, but gradually I am getting convinced tht I shud go for this....

Hi aituhin..I am a bit confused.

What I can see on my status page is

application recvd
applctn fee recvd

health requirement outstanding
medical exam required
chest x-ray report required
chest x-ray film required
HIV blood test required

And the in my doc checklist page, other than exp doc, skill, IELTS,passport etc, I have the following docs as checklist-

Form-1221- additional partiularinfo
Form 160EH-radiologist report on chest xray
Form 26EH- Medical exam for aus visa

I dont have a charater related form anywhere in the checklist...can you pls now tell me which one above exactly r u talking abt? or may be I dont have that one in my checklist?
