I applied the next day of your application. I used the State sponsorship also. My team and your team is same. Team 3!! But my progress is not good as CO didn't ask for PCC and med yet. CO makes some queries on form 80 which already sent Jan 10. .....after that no news. Unfortunately I can't send my PCC and Med as my Agent want to sent it after CO request.
Anyhow, my questions to u is...did u get any queris from CO. If yes then when? When u upload PCC and med
? When u find your docs shows met?
Wish that u will get result soon.

Well changing from 175 to 176 has some adminstrative delay itself. You should go for pcc and meds as anyhow co will ask for it. If not loaded then it will incurr more delay. In my case co asked for pcc and med by formal email on 01 dec and all doc is met except med and pcc. U can find the timeline in my signature. If further info needed plz do contact

I did not get any response from CO till now
I have sent a PLE two weeks ago but till not get any reply.Do you know anyone from team 3 got visa recently?Do you know about the process is going very slow?
My all doc. met at 31.11.09. I hv sent medical at 06.12.09 and PCC at 15.12.09

I am also from Bangladesh. Team3 execute their job very slowly. Mine CO also from team3.

Hi, I don't think theres any more news to be honest, well for us anyway - still 6th on the list. This is the information I have:
Application Processing Times
If your nominated occupation is on the Critical Skills List (CSL) and you have applied or will apply for an onshore or offshore GSM visa before the end of 2009, it is estimated that your visa application will be finalised within 12 months from your lodgement date.
If your nominated occupation is not on the Critical Skills List (CSL) and you have applied for an offshore GSM visa or intend to apply for an offshore GSM visa later in 2009, it is unlikely that your visa application will be finalised before the end of 2012.
If your nominated occupation is not on the CSL and you applied for an onshore GSM visa or intend to apply for an onshore GSM visa later in 2009, it is unlikely that your visa application will be finalised before the end of 2011.
Your ‘nominated occupation' is the occupation you nominated at the time you lodged your application and cannot be changed.
These application processing times are indicative only and are based on the current visa application rate, the Priority Processing Direction (in effect from
23 September 2009), and the availability of places in the Migration Program.
