Today 7th April 2011 received request for meds and police checks
Interesting that they can make us wait for 2 years and 8 months but then expect everything back in 28 days...hmmmm.

Applied August 2008 under 176 class. My occupation is Environmental Health Officer but also qualify under Occupational Health.
Finally got a case officer in Sept 2011. All meds and police checks done.
Any guesses as to when I might get a determination? I have batted out my CV and loads of employers interested but need that VISA....

I have absolutely no idea I'm afraid (sorry). You could always send copies to your CO. Hopefully there'll be someone along that might know definitively.

Thanks - Just wondered.
I had almost forgotten about this having taken so long. Now in the Middle East and really wish they would hurry as I hate this cr4p hole and could do with an exit alternative other than more MENA or back to the UK (which ain't so bad).
