I applied for a 138 sponsored in Feb. I received the acknowledgement in May, but since then I haven’t heard from DIMA. It’s been eight months since I applied and I hope to get med/pcc request in nov/dec. I read DIMA has passed all the assurer forms to Centerlink which may result in people getting bond request before med request. Now I am in a bigger mess because my assurer will be visiting us in Nov. He plans to stay with us for Christamas and New Year. Should I ask him to contact Centerlink and find out if he can pay the bond before he leaves Australia?

Hi,
I could be wrong but would'nt the assurer have to go for an interview before being asked to lodge the bond?,therefore needing to be in Oz for the interview not just to lodge the bond..........if this is incorrect please ignore me.
