Re: April 2010 Visa Applicants
We have finally had our 176 SS Visa approved! We have been in Australia on a 457 Visa for 6 months and we have now been told we need to leave the country for 10 working days to activate our PR Visa?? Why is this and why for so long and is there any way round this?

It can happen at any time. It's just an admin officer that updates it. Mine's said ABPF for over three years & I know that I don't have a CO! I really wouldn't worry about it.

Re: April 2010 Visa Applicants
Some people get a visa granted while their status says "application is being processed further". As Mrs G says, don't worry about it, it doesn't really indicate anything!
