Apply for Visa outside UK, have medical in Australia?

Default Apply for Visa outside UK, have medical in Australia?
My Fiancée is applying for the Prospective Marriage Visa in the UK. After she applies, she will then be living with me on a Tourist Visa in Australia while she waits for her PMV. She will tell the Australian High Commission in London that she is visiting me in Australia while she waits. When they ask her to go for her medical, can she request that it be done in Australia?

She can certainly do her medical in Australia if she is here at the time. However, be careful with your terrminology! She can visit you here on a tourist visa but she won't be living here
