We know all good for application not an issue it was more about where to apply.
Sorry to be picky but as Polly said, we get posts like these often, and we research and offer advice only to find they are "just dating" and therefore spouse visa doesn't apply. Good luck with your move!

This comes up a lot in our experience too.

People seem to have a very wide range of definitions of what constitutes a 'relationship'. Australian Immigration on the other hand does not! ;-)

No worries!
If we apply while in oz for partner visa can you also apply for a bridging visa and if so how much are they.

You don't apply for a Bridging Visa, and they are free.
If you arrive on a visa (such as a tourist visa) which allows you to make an application onshore for a further visa (such as the Spouse Visa) then a Bridging Visa A will come into effect as soon as the original visa expires.
