Application Call Back (Sub Class 136)

Hi,

I have applied for "Skilled – Independent (Migrant) visa (subclass 136)" on 29th August 2007 but after sending the application i realized that the new subclass 175 online process is much faster than the paper base application (subclass 136).

Is it possible to callback the application which i have sent to DIMIA :(?

Do i need to pay the fees again? DIMIA didn't acknowledge my application yet.
Can you please tell me how to call back the application?
