Anyone returned on 2nd 457 visa?
Hi
We lived in Oz for 2 years on 457 visa but returned back to uk 2 years ago as was pregnant and wanted to have baby in UK near family.
My husband is still in contact with his old company who ask him to come many times on a 457. I was wondering whether anyone has every done this and encountered any problems.

No particular reason why you should have any problems ... if you are returning a second time, would not a permanent visa be more appropriate if you want to remain?
