Anyone needs my magnificent CO
I got my grant email this morning, the wait is finally over.
It was very quick since ACT SS approved
My timeline:
176 Family Sponsored (HR Country): 17-4-2008
ACT sponsorship lodged: 8-4-2009
ACT sponsorship approved: 18-6-2009
Form 100 sent to DIAC and Changed to 176 State sponsored: 18-6-2009
Application being processed further: 1-7-2009
Medicals requested: 13-7-2009
Medicals finalised for two sons:11-8-2009
Medicals finalised for the rest of us and Visa Approved: 14-8-2009
Many thanks to my very active CO, i'd like to add her name but I know it's not allowed ........ I'm over the moooooooooooon
Time to party

They have been referred to MOC on 11-8, two finalised on same day, two finalised on 13-8 and the last one on 14-8.
All other documents were signed as met including PCC.
I got email from my agent the day before my visa granted telling me that it'll take 2-4 months to get my visa or maybe longer if DIAC decided to conduct internal checks. I was fully prepared for the long wait, then I got the magic mail in the very next day

I've got the visa stickers on passports today from the Australian Embassy in Cairo.
It's a very simple procedure, they took the passports and the grant letter. They asked me to wait, then after 25 minutes, they gave me the passports with the Visa stickers ... Still can't believe it was that easy.
