Playing the waiting game like everyone else, so just wondering...

Anyone had medical requests that send their visas in October 2005 or November 2005??

Was told it would be about 3-4 months, so just checking!!

Our vis application (139) was acknowledged on the 10th November, but we're still waiting for a case officer. Should be pretty soon though. Were told to wait 3-4 months.

Get in the queue ours were ack 31st sept and we are still waiting we are exactly 4 months!!!!

Ack received and credit card charged 28 sept, and still waiting. Were told 4 months, now I believe it could be 6 :scared:

I have booked the meds though, for 1/2 term week, gonna send off for the police checks next week.

ours was acknowledged on 8/12/05. still waiting, agent said typically 4-5 months. doh!!!

We submitted our 139 application on 27th June 2005 and received request letter on 20th January 2006.

We submitted ours end of October and recieved our acknowledgment 4th nov still havent got a case officer yet but agent said we should get one in feb or march at latest. If its march I will be most unhappy. Its been a year now since we decided we want to go and I am FED UP. We are waiting for the case officer to put the house on the market, just in case.

Didnt realise it took sooooo long!! Guess we right at the back of the queue then!!

Anyone know if it makes any difference what type of visa you going for as to the length of time before Medicals requested??

God this waiting is a bloody nightmare!!!

Hi we got 136 visa ack on 15/09/05 was told around 4 months too, waiting is driving us nuts as well!!!

Have got migration agent & keep expecting our phone to ring every morning!! Think hes not happy with me keep e-mailing him to check for any news!

Have got case officer already & hads meds/pc done back in Nov 05
