Not quite.
Employer had to do a justification letter as No.3 doesn't have qualifications, only experience.
He basically wrote that we are about to ramp up production (true) and it's very important that this guy is secured quickly.
He emailed the letter to the CO this morning and the visa came through this afternoon.

BTW No2 & 3 had different CO's.

How did you find out you have a CO? Were you asked for additional documents hence the CO was revealed?

Starting to think they might not have the applications in order of dates. Maybe its piled up into months, if someone applied in Sep then it will be thrown into that SEp pile with no specific order!

My Agent phoned - yip you heard right !! He phoned DIAC and was told we have CO and he chatted to her..... all looking good but we do have little issue to deal with - which is being done... hopefully not tooo long...
