We are scanning english evidence to Agent today - he is going to lodge them and query our application as it has been nearly 5 months since we lodged...... he needs to jerk them real hard as the employer is waiting for us - I am praying that this will cause a stir and they will find my file, pick it up off the floor, dust it, check it, GRANT IT !! Yahooooooooooooooooo
Eva, How's that for positive today !!

Would be better that the employer did it.
Probably more impact than an agent.

We got tired of waiting for Bix No.2 so pursuaded the boss to phone DIAC.
CO was appointed the same day.

No, tis true.

In this case he is already here on a 457 so the argument was we are in danger of losing him to overseas competitors. We really need to secure his services now so can they help speed it up please.

In your case the employer needs to plead that his business or service is suffering because of the long wait in securing your employment.

That 131 881 hotline is a torture everytime I tried to call I have learned to get myself into a comfortable position then use a landline + a phone with speakerphone function if I need to call that. Its on par with Telstra's hotline...they should call it the waitline instead!
