supriyag123,how does DIAC know how to allocate NSW sponsorship, as nowhere on the NSW form 1 is there a mention of TRN number, or details of current 175 visa application? How do they match the two?

If and when NSW approves your sponsorship, they will send across a form to you. You will have to fill up your TRN there and sign. That will confirm your acceptance of the sponsorship. They dont ask you to sign anythin else like '2-yr stay in NSW' etc, unlike some other states

Re: Anyone applied for NSW SS lately?
Hello everybody,
I want to apply for the NSW statesponsorship, but I´ma having trouble to make the payment. Does anybody knows how to do it? The only information they gave me is the name of the Department, but all the banks I have contacted here in Brazil asked me for other information, like Swift Code and bank accout to make the money order....
Can anybody help me?

Re: Anyone applied for NSW SS lately?
1. Put everything in a tabbed folder, marking each document seperately.
2. Placed a checklist or table of contents to give a snapshot of what's inside. The checklist referred to the folder tab markings.
3. Included a CV that was tailored for the relevent profession. It was concise but clearly written.
4. Supplied job description from the companies (matched with CV).
5. Included recommendation letter from current and ex-supervisor.
6. As extra, I also attached couple of certificates that were received from training at work. These were highly relevant to the profession I applied for.
Whoever opened my application could evaluate it in 5 minutes. Because of the checklist/table of contents, he/she would immediately know its a complete application. Moreover, bound tabbed folder made navigation through the papers a piece of cake.
Try to make life easy for your reviewer, it will pay off. Or, may be I was just lucky, but I decided not to take chances.
