any tips on couriers

Off to do our medicals tomorrow morning. Any tips on which courier to use. Quite like one where we can track it so we know when it arrives...

We used TNT and trackedit all the way gives you peace of mind unlike the post office of late. Appologies to any posties in advance

We used DHL twice and on their site you can also track your envelop. We are satisfied with their service.
